Prior the appointment:
Email us a copy of your passport and the summary of your GP records
You should allow 15-30 minutes for the medical.
The certificate should state that you are free of drug addiction, mental illness and you do not suffer from any disease that could cause serious repercussions to public health according to the specifications of the International Health Regulations of 2005.

Please bring with you to the appointment:
Your passport
A hardcopy of the medical form with your Name, DoB and passport number completed (both in english and spanish). This can be downloaded at the top of this page
Location:
The medical is carried out at GP Matters (24 Buckingham Terrace, Glasgow, G12 8ED).
Certificate:
The certificate is normally made available on the day of the examination.

Please note that in the event that your Spanish Visa is not granted we cannot refund the cost of your Medical.
